Land with 4.35 Ha on a slight slope with excellent sun exposure, great for vineyards. Located in the Demarcated Region of Dão - Silgueiros, land that already had a productive vineyard with excellent quality but due to fires it is currently unexplored.
The Dão Demarcated Region was established on an unknown date, 1908, located in central Portugal, in the province of Beira Alta. It was the first demarcated region for non-liqueur wines in the country and the second demarcated region for wines in the country. The Dão region is known as Portuguese Burgundy and stands out for the quality of its wines. The wines of the Demarcated Region of Dão are gastronomic wines, with exceptional acidity and complex and delicate aromas. Its character, complexity, elegance, balance, maturity, aging potential and perfect combination with local cuisine.
The quality of Dão wines has been awarded in international wine competitions. In 2014, they won nine silver medals and nine bronze medals in the 45th edition of the international Wine and Spirit Competition.
